BIGGEST TRIP SO FAR!!!
Ok shoppers today was super exciting because it had to be my biggest trip yet!! Hopefully everyone has been getting their Sunday papers and has been clipping the coupons. Now if you buy all of these first then buy the rest of the list, you can use your RR to pay for you final totals. Remember that RR's only come for the initial item, after that they do not print. So if you plan on getting more than one Tone (and Butler Hill did say the have an OverStock of it!) then you have to do them in seperate transactions!!! I know this can be a pain in the butt but the girls at Butler Hill WAG are super nice (more so than any other one!) so they will know what and why you are doing this.

I found out today that the Caress and the Suave are both made by UNILEVER so if you plan on getting both of those you will need to do seperate transactions for those as well. This all may sound complicated but in the end it is worth the savings and eventually you will get a system down that works for you!

I am finding that it is best to get at least one paper on Sunday because you never know what sales will be coming up. I found several great deals today, especially the Life cereal for $1 a box! Sunday is when Walgreens new ad starts, the sneak peak is available on Saturday or with the Saturday paper. I am noticing now that couponing is becoming such a hit, the bigger sale items are becoming out of stocks for Walgreens and they are not getting the items in before the sale is over and/or before your coupon may expire. Sundays therefore are the best day to get the deal. I will try to get the list out sooner as I become a pro! :) Also check out Melanies Coupon Train on FB. I joined this past weekend and I look forward for my first round of coupons!

Sunday is when Walgreens new ad starts, the sneak peak is available on Saturday or with the Saturday paper. I am noticing now that couponing is becoming such a hit, the bigger sale items are becoming out of stocks for Walgreens and they are not getting the items in before the sale is over and/or before your coupon may expire. Sundays therefore are the best day to get the deal. I will try to get the list out sooner as I become a pro! :) Also check out Melanies Coupon Train on FB. I joined this past weekend and I look forward for my first round of coupons!

DEALS THIS WEEK CONTINUED
Ok so I was posting on here last night about the whole Dierberghs thing and the Clean and Clear deals this week when as I was looking for the Clean and Clear link I somehow went to a site that gave me a rogue program that took over my computer....after 2 hours of trying different things to get it off I finally did but lost my post! SO please make sure that as you are searching for your coupons that you use sites that are trusted!!!
Ok so the whole Dierberghs deal is still on! Buy 10 Hamburger Helpers on sale this week 10/$10 and you automatically save $6 at the register. See my previous post for the link to coupons.com (trusted site) and you can print 3 coupons for $.75/3 bringing your total to $1.75 before tax for 10 boxes!!
Clean and Clear....SO if you clipped the coupon a few weeks ok here's the scoop:
I found out from Walgreen's that thier policy on BOGO sales with BOGO coupons is that they use your coupon on the initial item that you buy to get the second one free. This means you get both items free.
What this means if you clipped the Buy one Get one free coupon:
Buy one $5.99
Get one FREE
$5.99
Coupon -$5.99
2 bottles FREE
Now if you didn't clip the buy one get one coupon then you can locate the printable one in the coupon database.
Here is the scenario:
Buy one at Walgreens $5.99
Get one FREE
$5.99
Use 2 coupons $2/ea -$4.00
Total for 2 $1.99 before tax!! (basically $1.00 per bottle!)
